You can order 24 hours a day via our website www.etici.co.uk or e-mail your order to firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively, you can call our sales office on 0191 492 8215 during the hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. During Bank Holiday weekends, we are closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
We have several delivery and collection options:

Most of the products we have on our website are in stock at our premises, therefore we can process your order very quickly. However, due to our unique supply chain some items will have to flew in from our supplier. Therefore, our aim is to deliver orders to UK mainland addresses up to 21 days of your order being placed. We endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible and as a result your order may arrive earlier than estimated.
Many of our local customers choose this option. As soon as your order is ready for collection, we will send you an email or text to let you know. Your order will be available to collect from our premises in Birtley during our opening times Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Please note that we are closed Saturday, Sunday and Mondays during Bank Holidays.
BACS is our preferred method and has many benefits – it automates regular payments, reduces time and cost. Contact our Credit Management team to discuss in more detail.
BACS, Cash/cheque or credit card payment with order or on collection non account customers, 30 days net from date of invoice on approved accounts. We are pleased to open a credit account subject to approved trade references (please request an account opening form)
All adult sizes plus VAT at the rate ruling at the time of delivery. Child sizes zero rated. Certain larger children’s sizes may be VAT applicable. etika Clothing Limited will adhere to all relevant VAT legislation on safety footwear.

All products, goods, and services supplied by etika Clothing Limited ‘the Company’ are on the express understanding that the purchaser agrees to the Company’s main and full Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Order details and Terms and Conditions of Sale cannot be varied except by written authorisation signed by a director of the Company.

etika Clothing Limited retain the right to change prices, carriage costs and specifications without prior notification. We will not accept any liability or third-party loss in the event we change prices, carriage costs or specification without notification.
Sizes, measurements and descriptions of goods are for guidance only and the company cannot guarantee absolute consistency of size, material, proportion, colour or shade. All products supplied should be washed or cleaned strictly in accordance with the washing instructions provided on the garment label. The Company will accept no responsibility if instructions are not followed precisely.
Size, style, fabric content, specification, quality, colour and suitability for chosen purpose should be checked by the purchaser on receipt of the goods. While every effort is made to ensure consistency of colours and shades, variation may occur from one dye batch to another and the Company will accept no responsibility for such variation. Goods should be checked upon receipt. Worn, printed, embroidered or otherwise processed goods cannot be returned.
All sales are final. The Company does not trade on a ‘sale or return’ basis. We do accept returns subject to the following conditions being met:
Proof of purchase (relevant invoice and despatch note number required).
Returns Form must be obtained prior to return of goods.
All goods must be returned in good condition, not processed and unwashed. We do not allow goods to be returned if worn.
etika Clothing Limited retain the right to refuse returned goods should the company deem them to be unsuitable for resale.
Embroidered goods will not be accepted back for returns under any circumstances.
Goods cannot be returned after 30 days from date of receipt.
Returns carriage charge is at the customers expense unless the item is faulty, or the wrong item has been delivered.
Credit will not be extended to the purchaser unless approved in writing by the Company.
Where credit has been granted, payment is due within thirty days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Where no credit is granted, payment is due immediately on the invoice date.
Goods will not be despatched when a purchaser’s account is overdue, or the credit limit has been exceeded. Returned or represented cheques will incur a charge of £50 representation. The Company reserves the right to charge interest at the rate of 2% per calendar month or part thereof on all overdue sums, and such interest will remain payable after any court judgement.
Overdue Payments via a Credit Card: In the event of a customer wishing to pay off their overdue credit account, the company will impose a charge of 1.5% for payments over the agreed normal credit terms. There will be no additional charge if paid before normal credit days.
Ownership of Goods
Title of goods shall not pass to the purchaser until the sum due under invoice for those goods is paid in full to the Company.
Until title has passed to the purchaser, the purchaser shall not deal with or dispose of the goods other than in its normal course of business, and until such time the Company reserves the right to enter onto the premises of the purchaser or its agent or customer to repossess all or part of the goods, without prejudice to any other legal remedy available to the Company.
Risk in the goods will pass to the purchaser immediately upon delivery, which unless otherwise agreed means delivery at the Company’s premises to the appointed or agreed carrier, or otherwise to the purchaser or its agent in person.

Until title passes to the purchaser it shall indemnify the Company against all loss or damage to the goods, including damage in transit, or depreciation in the value of the goods.
ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE SUBJECT TO THE COMPANY’S FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE, COPIES OF WHICH ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST AND ARE SHOWN ON THE REVERSE OF ALL DESPATCH NOTES, INVOICES AND PURCHASE ORDER FORMS.
MISTAKES ARE POSSIBLE: All goods should be checked upon receipt, as worn, embroidered, washed or otherwise processed goods cannot be returned.
